A Bloke Called Jesus is a sequel to Outback Christmas.
It has a similar character; it intersperses serious and light poems.
It includes poems that can be sung as songs in a performance of the text.
It uses the same imagery of the Australian Outback and seeks to highlight
the human dimension of the characters in the Gospel story.
The CD is the original recording of the songs.
It features the singing of Leigh Newton, Robin & Dorothy Mann, Kathie Renner & Doug Petherick.
They are supported by the excellent playing of Colin Schmidt, Doug Petherick and a young Thom Mann.
